Do we meet you before the walk/pet sit?
Yes! I always do a free meet and greet before any walk or sit so that I can get to know you and your pets.
How many dogs do you walk at a time?
Solo walks are one or two dogs from the same household. Group walks are up to six dogs.
Where do you walk?
Solo walks are from and to your house. If you would rather I drive your dog(s) to a public walking place then I can do this for an added fuel charge.
Group walks are in a public walking place or secure field. Dogs will be picked up from their home and transported to the walking area.
Do you send updates?
If you would like photos and updates of the walk/sit I can send these via WhatsApp.
Do you walk on or off lead?
Both! If you would like your dog to be walked off lead you will have to sign a consent form. I will always walk on lead for the first few walks until your dog gets used to me and has a good recall with me.
Do I need to be home when you get here?
No. If you won't be home you can provide me with a key that I will keep safe in a locked key box when it is not being used or you can keep a key in a keysafe on your property for me to use.
Do I need to provide you with anything?
When doing a sit I will need enough food/bedding/cleaning supplies for your pet to last while you are away. Nothing needs to be provided for dog walks as I have my own poo bags, treats and water. I can use the dogs own lead but have my own should they be needed and also have my own long lines for testing if the dog is ready to be off lead.
How do I pay?
I can accept payment by bank transfer or cash.
